This is the day the Lord has made
may we rejoice and be glad in it
may we sing our broken-hearted hosannas
may we offer our aching souls for the healing of the world
and in that offering, in that rejoicing
know the blessing of God Almighty, Father, Son and Holy Spirit is with us, with those we love and with those we struggle to love
